2008 CACSAP Conference
Step Up to the Challenge: Turning Obstacles into Opportunities
The 2008 CACSAP conference is coming! Mark your calendars for September 24th through the 26th, 2008. This year we will focus on best practices, science-based approaches and overcoming challenges in our work and with the youth we serve.
We have two exciting keynote speakers for this year. Dr. Doug Kirby, the pre-eminent expert on prevention research and best practices, will share his latest findings with us on Thursday, Sept. 25th, and Dr. Peter Alsop, a national lecturer and educational psychologist, will talk about Making Safe Places in our work with youth.
We also are offering four options for the preconference institute this year. See our Conference Brochure for more information on presenters and topics.
